SALON POLICIES

Your experience at Get Glowing Skin Facial Oasis is important to us. Knowing what to expect can help your visit go smoothly, without any unwanted surprises. Please take a moment to read the following information:

Late Policy:

Please arrive at least 10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment, so that we can start your service on time.

If you arrive later than scheduled, we will make every effort to accommodate your full appointment but this is not always possible. Service time may be abbreviated to avoid delays for other guests and you will be charged at full value of the service. 

On Your First Visit

Please fill out all required forms, available here, before your arrival. If you are unable to complete the paperwork before your visit, please arrive 20 minutes early to allow extra time for check-in. Arriving late will simply limit the time for your consultation, reducing its effectiveness and your pleasure. Your appointment will end on time so that the next guest is not delayed. Patients arriving more than 20 minutes late for their appointment may need to reschedule.

No Show & Cancellation Policy:

All will agree, time is our most valuable asset. We ask that appointments be guaranteed against late cancellation or rescheduling. Please provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to reschedule a service; 48 hours' notice is required to cancel.  If you don't show for an appointment or cancel your appointment within this time frame, there may be a $50 Re-Booking fee that will become a credit applied to your rescheduled service. In the event of a second no-show or cancellation without proper notice, the $50 Booking Fee will reimburse Get Glowing Skin for time lost. This allows the spa enough time to fill appointments. Late cancellations will be charged 50% of services scheduled. “No-Shows” will be charged 100% of services scheduled.  

Pregnancy or Medical Conditions:

Be sure to mention any medical information when you book an appointment. Certain services may not be advisable for you.  Please notify our Spa Consultant before scheduling your treatments if you have high blood pressure, special physical concerns, diabetes, or are pregnant.

SHIPPING POLICY:

Domestic Shipping Policy Shipment processing time.  All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Salon guests must be 18 years of age or older to receive treatments without the approval or accompaniment of an adult.

Returns

  • If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we're here to help! We offer returns or exchanges within 14 days of receiving your order. Returns or exchanges must be unused, in the original packaging, and in the state that you received the item. We don't take back products that have signs of physical damage or use. You can return your product for store credit, a different product, or a refund to the original payment method minus shipping cost.

  • First, you must email us at info@getglowingskinnow.com. We'll need your name, account number, email address, phone number, and specific order number related to the items you want to return. We will confirm your return shipping address.

  • Once your item/items are approved for a return, you can proceed.

  • Ensure that the returned items are in original condition, original box, unopened, unused, and in their original package  “new” condition. We don't take back physically damaged or used products!

  • Pack the item/items in the box you received them in, or pack the item/items in a similar shipping box.
